USB Type-C 3.1 Gen 2
The future is here with the USB Type C 3.1 Gen 2 port. Super-fast USB-C is the new standard for transferring data. The USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 delivers up to 10 GB per second of data, 2x the power of the previous Gen 1, and sets the new standard. Please note that this laptop does not support DisplayPort via USB-C, you can connect an extra monitor via HDMI or VGA.

The processor is the 'brain' of the computer and largely determines the speed of a laptop. The number in the processor name also indicates speed. For example Intel Core i3, i5 and i7. The higher the number, the faster the processor.
The memory is also called RAM and, in combination with the processor, determines how many tasks a laptop can handle at the same time. The more RAM a laptop has, the better the laptop is suitable for intensive tasks.
We indicate the total storage capacity of the SSD in Gigabytes (GB). On 1 GB, you can store about 10 minutes of film in Full HD resolution or 40 apps or 175 music tracks or 300 photos, for example.
What kind of video card does the computer have and is it suitable for gaming? For gaming, we recommend at least a GTX 1650. For virtual reality, we recommend at least an RTX 3060 video card.
Processors and video cards require thermal paste for optimal heat conduction and performance. If you want even better cooling and performance, choose Noctua NT-H2 Hybrid thermal paste.
Keyboards have a QWERTY / AZERTY or QWERTZ layout. This refers to the first 6 letters on your keyboard. In the Netherlands we use QWERTY, in Belgium AZERTY. Keyboard layout may differ from photos, we usually deliver ISO
By default, we supply our hardware with a Windows 11 Home license. Would you prefer something else, such as Windows 11 Pro, Linux, or even no operating system? Then choose here. Please note that we do not offer support for Linux.
Our Laptops and Desktops come standard with a 24 month warranty and free returns. Choose a longer warranty to protect your investment. The laptop batteries are covered for one year and software is excluded.

Mooie snelle 17" laptop met recente Intel i7. Heb als upgrade de iets snellere schijf genomen, al de rest voldeed reeds aan m'n verwachtingen. Het toetsenbord typt comfortabel. De power supply is héél klein.

Enorm tevreden met het geen ik voor mijn geld heb ontvangen. Voor deze configuratie die ik nu heb I-7 met 32 Gb intern geheugen,een SSD schijf van 500 Gb en een extra opslag van 2Tb was ik bij een ander een vermogen kwijt. Dus als je een systeem op maat zoekt,voor een aantrekkelijke prijs moet je gewoon bij SKIKK zijn.

Mooie functionele laptop welke naar wens te specificeren is. Het is geen dertien in een dozijn product. Je kunt indien gewenst je favoriete besturings systeem installeren. Linux wordt gewoon geaccepteerd zonder moeilijk gedoe met drivers en dergelijke. Een aanrader deze laptop.

Werkt naar behoren en ziet er super strak uit. Toetsenbord voelt enigszins goedkoop aan, maar ik denk dat maar weinig mensen zo'n laptop kopen zonder extern toetsenbord.
