Your data in trusted hands
We prefer to collect as little data as possible from you. However, it is sometimes necessary, for example to deliver your order or to measure what you think of a new product. We handle your data with care and ensure that your privacy is guaranteed
Which data we ask for and what we use it for, you can read below. You can also see what your rights are, who has access to your data and how long we store your data. Handy, right?
Which personal data does Skikk process?
In order to execute the agreement you enter into with us, we need the following personal data from you.
Name and address details
Your name is stored because we prefer not to address you by your customer number. We need your address and place of residence for, among other things, drawing up invoices, to send your order to, to get in touch or to stop by for a cup of coffee (if you ever invite us).
Company details
It is nice to keep personal and business separate. That is why we ask you to fill in your (company) name and business address when you purchase our products as a company.
E-mail address
We store your email address so that we can send you important messages about your order or account. That is a lot faster than carrier pigeons. We also use your email address to keep you up to date with new developments at Skikk through surveys, customer satisfaction surveys and/or newsletters. Of course, you have the option to unsubscribe from these.
Phone number
We use your telephone number to contact you if you have questions or to request your input.
Login details and customer number
We store your login details to protect access to your account, so that only you or people you share this data with can log in. We also create a unique customer number so we can help you faster.
IP Address
We store your IP address to provide you with an overview of which IP address has logged into your account or has made changes. This address is also used to better protect your account against unauthorized access from other locations.
Payment Details
Payments are processed via reliable payment providers (such as iDEAL, PayPal and credit card companies). We do not store full payment details. Each order is given a unique order number that is linked to your account.
Contact details
If you have any questions or comments after reading our privacy and cookie statement, please contact us using the contact details below.
